Return & Refund Policy – Panna Woodcrafts
At Panna Woodcrafts, we take great care in curating and packaging each item with respect for its spiritual and cultural significance. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and accurately.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for:
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect items received (wrong product or variant)
To be eligible, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at pannawoodcrafts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
We’ll respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Panna Woodcrafts, 29 Lord Street, 2, Sandy Bay, TAS 7005, Australia
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their ritual use and sacred nature, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or altered items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Final sale items
- Limited-edition, clearance or designated products
Free Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. You’ll receive a prepaid return label once your request is approved.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
